Here’s My Quick Story…

Hi, I’m Rob. I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 16. Following my diagnosis I was on Ritalin for a few years, but I was determined to get off the Rx and overcome my ADHD without medication. I don’t push people to overcome ADHD without the medication – I want them to know that the options are out there.

I’ve spent the following years learning and doing eliminating the impacts of ADHD on my life, and I’ve then passed these skills on to clients in one on one sessions and through presentations at Universities and Conferences. To see the longer and more in-depth version of this bio, click here.

Resources for Understanding ADHD

If you’re just beginning your own personal journey with ADHD, you might want to start off by reading my articles on ADHD and watching the Videos about ADHD.  You don’t have to opt-in or buy anything – this is 100% free stuff.

The Videos about ADHD cover techniques for overcoming common problems you face when you have ADHD, and the articles on ADHD will give you a more foundational understanding of ADHD.

Resources for Overcoming ADHD

I’ve put together a page on ADHD Resources, which has links to the resources I’ve been developing and working on for crushing ADHD. You’ll find information on ADHD Social Skills (something that I struggled with for a long time) and links to Assistive Technology Reviews that I’ve written.

You should also check out the Videos about ADHD, which are 100% free.
