Rob’s Story
When I was diagnosed with ADHD, I was lucky enough to have the support of quite a few talented and knowledgable people in my life. But there was one thing that they couldn’t help me with – becoming the person who I wanted to be.
After a lot of struggles with the normal ADHD challenges, I started to take on bigger and bigger challenges. From kicking my medication and learning to handle my ADHD naturally, to developing social skills so that I can easily and calmly meet new people and build real relationships from a place of confidence. I learned that it was OK to make mistakes, but life with ADHD is always easier when you’ve got someone to guide you through those mistakes – or around them.
Today I focus on helping people overcome the challenges that they face with ADHD in the most simple ways possible. Whether it’s kicking the medication for good, learning more effectively or overcoming the ways that ADHD is holding you back, there’s a way.
